This is Letterfolk’s Story
It all started with a Letter Board and something to say…
In 2018,
Founders, Joanna and Johnny, created Letterfolk in response to a need they saw in their community. Friends and family wanted an authentic way to express themselves at home—to commemorate milestones, memories, and everyday wins, too.
Our first product was a modern take on Letter Boards to capture and share what’s going on in your life—right now. Next, came Tile Mats which are designed to celebrate the holidays, changing seasons, and to welcome guests to different areas of the home.
When we saw the overwhelming response to our creative home goods, we grew our Letterfolk assortment to include additional items such as modern, customizable Cuckoo Clocks and a series of Passports made to document everything from pregnancy to hiking trails in National Parks.
In 2021
Letterfolk became part of the Pattern Brands family. We share the same dedication to making spaces more joyful, beautiful, and functional, so that we can experience and record life as it happens. Simply put, the same family values that built Letterfolk still drive us today, and also align with the other Pattern family brands, Open Spaces and GIR.
